About
Not a doctor. A student of living well.
I'm Terell Kissendal, but everyone calls me TK. I'm not a doctor, and I'm not going to pretend to be one.
I'm someone who got serious about how I live: what I eat, how I train, how I sleep, what I put in my body and what I stopped putting in it. I read the research, I test things on myself, and I keep what works.
Where does the information come from? The same place doctors and dietitians get theirs: published research, clinical guidelines and public health data. It's all publicly available, like a university library. I read it, break it down, test what I can on myself, and share it here in plain English.
Lifestyle Longevity Club is where I share it. No hype and no miracle cures. Just honest, practical information for people who want to feel better now and live well for a long time.
What the Club stands for
- Plain English. If it can't be explained simply, it isn't ready to publish.
- Evidence, labelled. Every claim is rated Established, Emerging or Speculative.
- Basics before biohacks. Sleep, food, movement and habits first. Gadgets and pills last.
- Your doctor stays in charge. We educate. Qualified professionals diagnose and treat.
If you want to better yourself in every part of life, you're in the right place. Welcome to the Club.
